Our portfolio is currently growing exponentially in terms of scale and diversity of program through a series of international commissions. For this exciting new chapter, we are seeking creative talents to help us in translating our initial research in Computational Design into the built and physical environment. We are offering a full-time position for an Architectural Designer with excellent Grasshopper skills to join our New York-based design studio.
You will be a key member of the studio, responsible for generating, developing, and delivering innovative design proposals and following them from concept through construction. As part of our team, you can expect to be involved in unique Digital Design, Advanced 3D Modeling, and Development of Computational Strategies for the production of unique large-scale Physical Assemblies.
Excellent proficiency in Rhino 3D modeling
Advanced skills in Grasshopper
Python with RhinoScript and/or RhinoCommon skills a plus
Ability to come up with innovative solutions to help resolve complex technical challenges at a range of scales and project types.
Ability to complete a drawing set through Concept Design, Design Development, and Construction.
Bachelor or Masters of Architectural required
A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
