Job Description:

We are seeking to fill Designer and Project Coordinator positions both in the Hamptons and Miami. The role of a Designer begins with supporting their respective project teams, Designers implement the design objectives of the project. They are responsible for producing design deliverables throughout the life of the project, including presentation imagery, renderings, and drawings. They act as a second pair of eyes and ears on the project, assisting the Project Coordinator in organizing and incorporating information into the project’s documentation to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 0-8 years of professional experience (Designer:  0-4 years; Project Coordinator:  3-8 years)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Working knowledge / professional experience in construction documents, detailing, digital modeling, and graphics (Project Coordinator)
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards & construction (Project Coordinator)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic with exceptional design, graphic, communication, and organizational skills
  • Computer skills preferably include Sketchup, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively in our studio with clients, consultants, vendors, etc.
  • The ability to carry the design intent of a project through construction documentation and administration
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and have the willingness to relocate or commute to the Hamptons or Miami.


Compensation will be commensurate with abilities and relative experience.
