The Project Architect will be responsible for designing, interpreting, and coordinating large scope complex design projects through all phases of design development. This individual demonstrates creativity, foresight, and maturity in design judgment when anticipating and solving design complexities.
This position offers design direction, aids in overseeing design presentations, monitors project design development, and support to ensure consistent and high-quality design. The Project Architect should have extensive experience in all phases of design, including substantial experience in original creative and design management, collaborative execution of CDs, plus a working knowledge of 3D BIM design software. Proficiency in Archicad or willingness to learn is a must.
The Project Architect is expected to demonstrate professionalism, high standards, and sound judgment. It is essential to pass your knowledge to others and support a continuous learning environment. Team building and motivation are also key responsibilities. This position reports to the Studio Lead and Director of Architecture and Design. It is essential for the candidate to have strong design skills with emphasis on historical architecture, clear communication skills, and expertise in project and small teams management. This position must have experience and the ability to manage multiple project priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goals. Proven experience is essential.
