Born in Berkeley, California, Mark grew up in eight different cities on the West Coast, the Midwest, and the Great Lakes. He completed my education on the East Coast, graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He started his career as an architect 35 years ago, right there in Dallas, the city his family and he calls their home.
Attending and graduating from the Bachelor of Architecture program at The University of Texas at Austin gifted Ruben friends from the farthest reaches and exposed me to cultures that shaped who he became. This constantly comes into play with how they design and their enjoyment in working with and understanding how everyone lives in a unique but still unifying way. After 25 years of doing what he loves and working on some amazing projects all over the world, he can’t imagine doing anything else.
